Before You Came Along is a private, non-commercial website created as a gift that friends and family make together. By using this site, you agree to the following terms.
Writing and reading moments is for invited people and the person the gift is for. A few pages are public: the home page, beforeyoucamealong.com/examples, and each campaign's landing page.
By submitting a message, you grant the site owner permission to display your message and any generated illustrations to the people the privacy policy lists under "Who can see a moment": the organizer of the campaign; the person the gift is for, and anyone they give their link to; people named in a delivered moment, if the organizer turns that on and you did not mark it only for the person the gift is for; and anyone, without signing in, if the site owner stars it as an example. A starred moment shows with your name on beforeyoucamealong.com/examples, on the home page, and on the landing page of every campaign. You retain ownership of your original written content.
The person the gift is for may opt in to receive push notifications about new moments. Notifications can be disabled at any time in their device settings.
This site is provided as-is with no warranties. The site owner is not liable for any issues arising from use of the site.
